Several members in Russia
and in South Africa have commented on the fact that the very poor economic
situations in those two countries and the disadvantageous exchange rates make it
difficult for many members and potential members there to meet the minimum $10
monthly dues, obligation. Furthermore, the people of both countries have had the
sort of experiences guaranteed to raise racial consciousness and improve the
climate for Alliance recruiting: the Russians withe their ongoing vicious
exploitation by the jews, and the South Africans with their awakening to the
fact that they foolishly allowed themselves to be tricked by their media and
their politicians into turning their once prosperous nation over to rule by
Black savages.
In view of these things, the National Office has reduced
the minimum dues obligation for all current and future members in Russia and
South Africa to $1.00 payable in U.S. currency, effective August
1.
